LC2 411

58 y/o male looking to slow father time anyway I can. Started taking LC2 at the recommendation of a friend. I can tell you after 3 months, my energy has skyrocketed. I resistant train to maintain tone. I am seeing better, faster results with some modest definition starting to show. Best of all, my muscle group recovery time has improved dramatically. A scoop of blue raspberry into my daily 12 oz of OJ is delicious and now part of my morning routine. I highly recommend this product.

I always considered myself an average weight lifter. After training with Bill, and taking LC2 daily, I'm now the proud owner of state records for several organizations. I was hoping to see results faster but it took a little over three weeks to notice my joint pain diminishing. My knees do feel better. I went ahead and ordered another bottle and am over all very pleased. The Strawberry Lemonade tastes very good.
