Happy with the LC2 so for. Gaining strength back after recent hip and knee replacement.

I was hoping to see results faster but it took a little over three weeks to notice my joint pain diminishing. My knees do feel better. I went ahead and ordered another bottle and am over all very pleased. The Strawberry Lemonade tastes very good.

I've been on the creatine bandwagon since the loading and cycling recommendations in its early popularity--so I'm squarely in the demographic target for 50+ Essentials. I tried LC2 in blue raspberry; it tastes great, and I noticed results in a one-month trial, with increased hypertrophy and strength, along with a some decreases in recovery time and overall post-workout soreness. The combination of leucine and carnitine with the creatine just works. I'll continue to use the LC2. Good stuff, and I'll take the advantage it provides.

A little History I've known them a very long time. I took a chance LC2 Blue Raspberry.
I'll be 70 later this year and I'm taking LC2 feeling way better my lifts in powerliftng are comimg back! Squat 451 Bench 245 and Deadlifts closing in on 400!
"Try it give it time" and you will see what happens!
