I always considered myself an average weight lifter. After training with Bill, and taking LC2 daily, I'm now the proud owner of state records for several organizations. Excellent taste

I was hoping to see results faster but it took a little over three weeks to notice my joint pain diminishing. My knees do feel better. I went ahead and ordered another bottle and am over all very pleased. The Strawberry Lemonade tastes very good.

Really Good Stuff

I've been on the creatine bandwagon since the loading and cycling recommendations in its early popularity--so I'm squarely in the demographic target for 50+ Essentials. I tried LC2 in blue raspberry; it tastes great, and I noticed results in a one-month trial, with increased hypertrophy and strength, along with a some decreases in recovery time and overall post-workout soreness. The combination of leucine and carnitine with the creatine just works. I'll continue to use the LC2. Good stuff, and I'll take the advantage it provides.
